  Waiting Time
 
  Excessive time that a truck waits to be loaded or unloaded. L.T.L. Services usually gives you 15 minutes, and Full load services gives you one hour.

  L.T.L. Service
 
  Less than a full truckload. Your freight is on a truck with another companies freight. The truck may deliver to multiple destinations before arriving at your requested destination. This service is more cost effective than shipping small pieces and paying for a full truck.

  Expedited Service
 
  When it just has to get there as soon as possible. This may require us to put two drivers on a shipment or send the freight via Air Cargo.

  Third Party Charges
 
  When cost such as wire lifting, cranes, permits, etc. are required and cannot be quoted before the job. These costs are added to the invoice after the fact, usually they are discussed with the client before the job.

  Logistics
 
  Logistics a new word in the last ten years. The definition is very loose but to us it means service. All services involved with the movement of freight, from one pallet to 100 truckloads. Service is the same with coordination and communications between the shipper, trucker and receiver. Each being well informed of the daily status of your shipment.
